SERVICE AGREEMENT & LIABILITY WAIVER

For: Lilith Gate One – Lilith + Naamah Initiation
Provider: Sara Petrucelly (“Instructor”)
Client: Participant enrolling in the program (“Client”)

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

The Client understands that Lilith Gate One is a 10-week spiritual, energetic, and educational program involving:

  • Dark feminine archetypal work

  • Qliphothic energetic practices

  • Ritual demonstrations

  • Guided visualizations

  • Energetic activations

  • Group coaching and support

The instructor does not guarantee any specific outcomes, results, manifestations, financial gains, relationship changes, psychic abilities, or personal transformations. All experiences vary by individual.

2. NOT MEDICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, OR FINANCIAL ADVICE

The Client acknowledges that this program is not a substitute for:

  • medical care

  • psychological or psychiatric treatment

  • legal advice

  • financial advice

  • professional therapy

  • crisis intervention

The Instructor does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
The Client agrees they are participating voluntarily and are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and financial well-being.

3. NO GUARANTEES OF RESULTS

The Instructor makes no guarantees, promises, or warranties that the Client will achieve any particular:

  • energetic outcome

  • spiritual activation

  • physical result

  • psychic development

  • income level

  • relationship outcome

  • manifestation

  • health improvement

The Client understands that all results depend on their own energy, embodiment, follow-through, and personal path.

4. SPIRITUAL & ENERGETIC RISK DISCLOSURE

The Client understands:

  • Energetic practices may cause emotional release, physical sensations, or spiritual experiences.

  • Rituals may impact their energetic field.

  • They are responsible for grounding, integration, and seeking support if needed.

  • Participation in dark feminine/Qliphothic work is voluntary and may challenge existing beliefs.

The Instructor is not responsible for:

  • energetic sensitivity

  • emotional responses

  • spiritual phenomena

  • dream experiences

  • changes in relationships or life circumstances

The Client participates at their own discretion and risk.

5. NO REFUNDS

Because this program includes energetic activations, intellectual property, and ritual content, all sales are final.
No refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations are accepted.

The Client agrees NOT to initiate chargebacks through their credit card or payment provider.
If a chargeback is initiated, the Instructor may pursue the full amount owed plus any fees incurred.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All program materials, rituals, recordings, and teachings are the property of the Instructor.
The Client may not share, reproduce, distribute, teach, or commercialize any content without written permission.

Violations will result in immediate removal from the program with no refund and potential legal action.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Client agrees to respect the privacy of all participants.
Screenshots, recordings, names, or shared experiences may not be captured or shared outside the group.

The Instructor may share anonymized testimonials or statements for marketing with Client permission.

8. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

The Client understands and agrees:

  • They are responsible for their choices, actions, and results.

  • They will seek professional help if they need medical or psychological support.

  • They will not hold the Instructor liable for their decisions or outcomes.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Instructor is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • emotional distress

  • spiritual experiences

  • financial decisions

  • relationship outcomes

  • business results

  • injuries or losses of any kind

The Client agrees that the Instructor’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the program.

10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & HOLD HARMLESS

By enrolling, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with:

  • ritual work

  • energy practices

  • spiritual frameworks

  • Qliphothic initiation

  • emotional and energetic shifts

The Client releases and indemnifies the Instructor from any claims arising from participation.

11. PAYMENT TERMS

The Client agrees to pay in full or according to the chosen payment plan.
Failure to complete a payment plan may result in:

  • removal from the program

  • suspension of access

  • collections or legal action

All payments are binding.

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

The Instructor may remove any Client who:

  • violates boundaries

  • harasses others

  • threatens the safety of the group

  • violates intellectual property rules

  • is disruptive or abusive

No refund will be provided.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Client’s state or province and the laws of the Instructor's jurisdiction.

14. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing purchase, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this Service Agreement.
