By purchasing or accessing our digital products or services, including those hosted on Kajabi (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Services. By placing an order or accessing our content, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Digital Products & Delivery

All products are digital and delivered via our Kajabi platform. Access is typically provided immediately after purchase unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

All prices are in U.S. dollars. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all purchases.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No Refunds: All sales of digital products are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once access is granted.

  • Exceptions: Refunds are only provided for (a) duplicate charges or (b) verified technical failures that prevent product access.

  • You must request an exception in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase by emailing [email protected].

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, video, and course materials, is owned by CharlotteS117 and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws.

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the content for your own educational or personal purposes only.

  • You may not copy, share, resell, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized access.
